General information

The Tourist Village is situated in a lovely bay with fine sand and rocks. The Adriatic Sea is colored deep blue and the water is always clear. There is a beautiful small island located in the bay, which can also be reached by walking over a sandbank. There is a grove of pines which rises over the Village onto a small hill. Isola La Chianca has bungalows and all the luxuries and comforts a tourist village can have.

Small pets are allowed but not in August and only in the Bungalow in the Hill Zone. They have to be vaccinated (the certificate is obligatory) and must be requested at booking time. Pets must be kept on a leash and can't access to the swimming pool, to the beach and to the common halls.

Bed linen and covers, bath towels, coffee machine and pan are not provided.
The Tourist Tax is not included in prices

Accessory services

Tourist tax (obligatory) to be paid locally amounts to Euro 0,60 per day per person over 14 years and for a maximum of 10 days, from May 14 to September 16. Deliberation of the Municipality of Vieste no. 41 of 31/08/2011.

Club-Card (obligatory): from 01/07 to 31/08 Euro 35,00 per adult person per week.
Includes: swimming pool, beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunchairs for each bungalow), tennis (rackets are not available).
Final cleaning (obligatory): Euro 37,00.
Climatization Euro 10,00 per day, on request and available only for the lodgings equipped (without supplement in the mobile houses - Casemobili).
Pets: Euro 40,00 for final disinfestation.
TV: Euro 5,00 per day, on request.

Notes

Booking is guaranteed with a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the stay and the rest must be paid at the arrival. In case of impunctual arrival, the reserved accommodation will be available till the next day midnight. If the arrival or departure is delayed, the the total amount of the reserved period will be charged.
The visit of relatives or friends is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. No visits are allowed during the main season.
